Who we are

HighFive Sport Camps is an international youth sports camp operation founded in İstanbul and run jointly by Mervin Travel and Hey Travel. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and plan a camp place:

• Parent or guardian contact details: name, email address, phone number
• Enquiry details: preferred sport, destination, camp week, and your child's age band
• Records of our correspondence with you (email, phone, WhatsApp)
• Limited technical data from your visit (see our Cookie Policy)

Please do not send sensitive information about your child (for example, medical details) through the general contact form. Forms and email

When you submit a form on this website, your message is delivered to our team by Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Resend processes the data only to deliver the message to us.

Analytics

This website uses a lightweight analytics layer that records aggregate product events (for example, that an enquiry form was started). These events are designed to contain no personal, child, or medical data. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Children's data and consent

Our campers are minors (ages 8–16). We collect information about a child only from that child's parent or legal guardian, and only what is needed to plan and run the camp. We never knowingly collect data directly from children through this website.

Photographs and video of minors

Photography and video are part of the camp experience and of the planned Parent Portal. We photograph or film a child only where the parent or guardian has given consent, collected as part of booking. Portal media is designed to be visible only to the registered family concerned. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and booking data only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and then delete or anonymise it. [TO CONFIRM] Specific retention periods will be confirmed with our legal advisers.

We share personal data only in these cases:

• Resend, our email delivery processor
• Our founding partner companies, Mervin Travel and Hey Travel, where needed to operate your camp
