Safeguarding Commitment

Our commitment

Safety is how we run the company, not a feature we added. Every child aged 8–16 in our care has the right to take part in sport in an environment that is safe, respectful, and encouraging. This page summarises how we put that commitment into practice; our full safeguarding policy is being formalised in writing. [TO CONFIRM] Publication date of the policy document.

Staff selection and screening

All staff complete reference and background screening appropriate to their role before they work with children. [TO CONFIRM] The formal screening procedure will be detailed in the safeguarding policy document.

Supervision and group structure

• Coaching runs in small groups (target coach-to-athlete ratio 1:6). [TO CONFIRM] Pending operations sign-off.
• Campers are supervised by assigned staff throughout the day and in accommodation.
• Medical support is on site at every camp.
• We map the nearest hospital for every venue before a camp runs.

Raising a concern

Any parent, camper, or member of staff can raise a concern directly with camp management or through the contact channels below.
