About these terms
These terms govern bookings for HighFive Sport Camps and the use of this website. By submitting a booking request you agree to them. [TO CONFIRM] The contracting legal entity and its registered address.
Booking and payment
A camp place is requested through an enquiry and becomes binding only when we send you written confirmation. The deposit amount, the balance due date, and the accepted payment methods are stated in that written confirmation. [TO CONFIRM] The standard deposit and payment schedule has not yet been finalised.
Cancellations and refunds
[TO CONFIRM] Our cancellation and refund schedule is still being finalised and will be published here after legal review. Until then, cancellation terms are stated individually in each written booking confirmation. If those terms differ from this page, the written confirmation prevails.
Liability
We run our camps with qualified staff and documented safety procedures. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, extreme weather or transport disruption). [TO CONFIRM] Liability caps and insurance coverage will be settled in legal review.
Code of conduct
We expect every athlete to treat coaches, fellow campers, and facilities with respect. Where behaviour seriously endangers the safety of other children or the running of the camp, we may — after speaking with the parents — ask that the camper leave the camp. [TO CONFIRM] Travel costs and refund treatment in that case.
Media consent
Photography and filming take place only in line with the consent parents give at booking. You may withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. [TO CONFIRM] The competent courts and enforcement offices (expected: İstanbul) and any consumer-law carve-outs will be settled in legal review.
